AC Installation Problems Solutions
Proper installation prevents cooling loss, gas leakage and noisy vibration. Our technician checks mounting strength, pipe slope and electrical joints before starting the AC.
WATER LEAKING AFTER INSTALLATION
Improper indoor unit tilt or a kinked drain pipe causes indoor dripping. We adjust the unit slope properly.
GAS LEAK FROM FLARE JOINTS
Loose flare nuts or poor copper pipe flaring causes gas leakage. We tighten joints and check with soap solution.
EXCESSIVE OUTDOOR VIBRATION
Unlevel wall brackets or loose foundation bolts cause severe humming. We mount the unit firmly on anti-vibration pads.
COPPER PIPE BENDING & KINKING
Sharp pipe bends reduce refrigerant flow and strain the compressor. We route copper pipes with proper bending tools.
ELECTRICAL SOCKET & WIRING ISSUES
Loose wiring or undersized power cable causes socket burning. We check the MCB and wire gauge.
POOR OUTDOOR AIR CIRCULATION
Mounting the outdoor unit in a congested space causes heating and compressor tripping. We select an open location.
DRAIN PIPE DRIPPING ON BALCONY
Unchecked drain pipes can drip on walkways or balconies. We extend the drain pipe safely to a drainage outlet.
WEAK WALL ANCHORING
Soft plaster or hollow brick walls need heavy-duty anchor fasteners. We secure the indoor plate firmly.
Standard Installation Materials
Standard installation materials include copper pipes with insulation, outdoor wall brackets, vibration rubber pads, drain pipes, electrical wires and anchor fasteners. Extra pipes, fittings or masonry work may be required depending on your installation location.
